Their one-stop shopping experience is completed as they also find fertilizers, plant health products, soil, tools, pottery and giftware, and then they can choose to have their product delivered or installed for them.

Controller Requirements:
At least 4 years of bookkeeping experience in the following:
Support the finance office in maintaining adequate financial documentation, reporting, and control of transactions Experience in APs, ARs, payroll processing, bank statement reconciliation, and journal entries Process bank deposits Monitor draw balances including petty cash and change fund.
Support Controller with other activities as needed.

Hard skills:
Fluent in the use of Quick Books accounting software Capable of handling Vendor Invoices for payment:
Familiar with the terms of payment Able to decipher the service or product to post to the proper expense account.
Ensure that invoices are paid timely and accurately.
Responsible for the invoicing of wholesale customers:
Ensure all items purchased are billed to customers accurately.
Track Accounts Receivable aging and the timely collection of billings.
Ensue employee's time is recorded correctly:
Process the payroll biweekly ensuring the accurate recording of time and benefit withholdings.
Handel the Cashier Retail drawer reconciliation to record the following:
Prepare deposits daily.
Record the sales in the financial records and reconciling to the bank statement.
Reconcile the bank statement with the financial records.
Be involved in the monthly reconciliation of all Balance Sheet Accounts to ensure accuracy of the financial record.
Position:
Full-Time, Permanent Salary:
$16-20/hr.
This is an hourly position.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
