We work alongside child welfare agencies to provide stable care to youth in the least restrictive setting possible as they work toward their goals.
We are currently looking for a dedicated Support Specialist to maintain and troubleshoot various IT issues.
This individual must be able to work well with others on the team, but also be able to work independently.
The candidate will be responsible for working within a help desk setting.
Knowledge of standard IT business systems, computer concepts, and troubleshooting is preferred.
Training will be provided on systems specific to the environment.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of industry's best practices.
The candidate must be attentive to verbal and written details and be able to communicate effectively.
Above all, this individual must enjoy and have a strong passion to help others.
This position is a full time position with benefits and an all-inclusive PTO package beginning date of hire.
This individual will be working out of Benchmark's corporate office located in New Carlisle, Ohio.
Salary will be dependent upon an individual's qualifications and experience.

- Enjoys helping people - Attention to verbal and written details -Technical Apptitude - Skilled in professional speaking and writing - High School Diploma/GED or equivalent - Experience using basic help desk ticketing systems - Efficient in Microsoft Office 365 or equivalent on-premise Microsoft services & products (user and admin experience) - 0-1 years of experience in an IT related role Preferred
